60 Minute Session

Our most popular one-on-one session offers undivided attention from your trainer. With a program tailored to you, you'll master proper technique in a supportive environment. Workouts evolve as you progress, ensuring steady growth and goal achievement.

30 Minute Session

The 30 minute session is very similar to the 60 minute session but is compacted. Expect a fast, get to the point type of session.

Small Group Sessions

A mix of one-on-one session and group classes but a maximum of 4 people. Enjoy your session with you and your significant other, co-worker, sibling, best friend or a client with similar goals. You will get to workout together, with your trainer.

Offered in 30 minute and 60 minute options.

remote sessions

Private 30- or 60-minute remote sessions connect you with a trainer via phone, computer, or tablet. Stay safe, save travel time, and train from your own space. Perfect for busy schedules, with or without equipment, our trainers guide you through effective, goal-oriented workouts.
