René Rangel
Hi, I’m Rene Rangel, a personal trainer since 2016 with a passion for health, movement, and well-being. My background in wrestling and a Psychology degree helped me connect deeply with clients, blending fitness and mental health to inspire positive change.
After years in mental health, I honed my communication skills and understanding of habits, which I now apply to meet clients wherever they are on their wellness journey. I specialize in mobility, injury mitigation, longevity, and self-awareness, helping clients stay active and enjoy the activities they love.
Living in Alaska, I’ve embraced hiking and mountain running and gained expertise in supporting Anchorage’s active community in hiking, skiing, and more. My training challenges you physically and mentally, teaching body awareness and habits to improve your quality of life. I believe in the power of mindset—set big goals, work hard, and achieve them!

Hi, I’m Ian—a husband, father of three, and personal trainer with five years of experience. Training has helped me become a better version of myself, and I aim to inspire the same in my clients. Whether your goal is improving push-ups, pull-ups, weightlifting, nutrition, or mindfulness practices, I can guide you toward success.
Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your needs. With a background in sports and martial arts, I bring diverse training methods to help you achieve your goals and gain more freedom in daily life.
